Join us for our annual International Women’s Day Long Lunch — a relaxed, meaningful afternoon designed to bring women and allies together to pause, connect, and reflect on leadership, community, and progress.

This year’s event will be thoughtfully curated, with space for conversation, inspiration, and shared experience. While the full program is still being stamped and finalised, attendees can expect a warm, welcoming atmosphere, opportunities to connect with like-minded people, and moments that honour the spirit of International Women’s Day in a grounded, human and entertaining way.

Ticketing Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ticket to the International Women’s Day Long Lunch hosted by Hawkesbury Women in Business, you acknowledge and agree to the following conditions:

  • All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable, including in the event of cancellation, postponement, or changes caused by circumstances beyond the control of the organisers.

  • This includes, but is not limited to, government restrictions, public health orders, lockdowns, natural disasters, or other extraordinary or unforeseen events.

  • If the event is unable to proceed as planned, Hawkesbury Women in Business reserves the right to:

    • reschedule the event to a later date, or

    • deliver the event in an alternative format where appropriate.

  • Tickets will remain valid for any rescheduled date or revised format.

  • If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, tickets may be transferred to another attendee with prior notice, but no refunds will be issued.

  • Program details, speakers, venue, and event elements are subject to change.

  • By attending the event, you consent to photography and/or videography being used for promotional and marketing purposes.
